Professional Background and expertise

Your journey into the real estate investment field

My journey into the real estate investment field began with a role as a virtual assistant, primarily handling rental inquiries and lease agreements. This experience allowed me to understand the rental process.

As I went deeper into the real estate field, I realized the value of research in making informed decisions and driving success. To transition into my current role as Research and Data Lead I honed my skills in data collection, market trends, and report generation. Through continuous learning and development, I have gained expertise in generating reports for clients through comprehensive research.

Areas of real estate investment you're most knowledgeable about

I assist with generating reports on topics such as market trends, property valuations, PDDR (Property Deep Dive Report) & Numbers report.

A challenging memory that comes to mind

When a key member (Irene) was on leave, I stepped up to fill her role temporarily while also managing my tasks, demonstrating my resilience and problem-solving abilities.

Personal Philosophy and Values

My commitment to client success is to ensure all reports are properly handled and submitted on time.

Paying close attention to details is important in real estate transactions. Ensuring accurate documentation, being meticulous can help prevent costly mistakes.

Achievements and Client Success Stories

Hobbies and Interests Outside Work

In my free time, I enjoy doing do-it-yourself (DIY) projects, such as home improvement, crafting, or upcycling, to unleash creativity and create unique items.

Being creative can inspire innovative thinking and problem-solving in my research work. It allows me to approach challenges from different perspectives, think outside the box, and develop unique solutions.

Vision and Future Goals

Over the next year, my professional goal is to enhance my skills and knowledge by engaging in continuous learning and development. I plan to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to further my growth as a Research and Data Lead.
